A Taste of Italian Art

If you are interested in creative cooking, you will love A taste of Italian Art, our upcoming cooking class at the LCBO (Nepean on April 27 and Rideau on May 3).

As announced in Taste Experience LCBO’s Guide to Hands-On Learning (http://www.lcbo.com/learn/cookingclasses_rideau.shtml)

A taste of Italian Art

Since 1997, Yves Larocque and Monica Marquez have been leading painting workshops in Italy. The LCBO is pleased to welcome them as they cook in a creative way, through art. Yves and Monica’s dishes are as beautiful as the Italian paintings they study. Menu includes Risotto with Squid and Squid Ink; Lamb with Golden Raisins, Saffron and Juniper Berries; and Chestnut and Rosemary Panna Cotta.
